Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX

X'mas Limited Edition

I believe without me saying much, alot of people would have heard about this star product of Laneige.

I had been wanting to try out Laneige products for a very long time but due to my sensitive skin conditions for the past couple of years, I had been putting that off.

Finally, I succumbed to the temptation when I was in Korea last Nov and bought a couple of products from them -- White Plus Renew Emulsion, Water Bank Essence and Water Sleeping Pack_EX.

The first thing I tried in the range I bought is the sleeping pack.

Comes with a spatula in the package.

Gel-like texture with a soothing smell.

I fall in love with the smell the moment I opened the tub. It smells so soothing & relaxing. And according to the booklet the comes with it, this is the trademark smell of the sleeping pack.

I was perplexed by how I should use the mask. After moisturiser or after serum. Well, its none of the above. In fact, its right after the emulsion (if you have any). The steps are:
  1. Cleanse
  2. Tone
  3. Emulsion
  4. Sleeping Pack

We can skip the serum/essence, moisturiser & eyecream when using this mask. In addition, the mask can be used on the eye area as well.

The mask is easily absorbed leaving a translucent sheen despite the huge amount used which is recommended by the booklet. For those who is afraid the mask might stick onto the pillow, give it a 5-10min before you go to bed.

The next morning I woke up with my skin feeling more moisturise, supple & radiant.

Some people with dry skin use it everyday as a night moisturiser. For me, I used it every 1-2x a week or whenever my skin feels dry.

I love this mask! Will definitely recommend this product to all my frenz. Who doesn't like waking up with a more radiant & supple skin. :)

Pros:

  • Soothing scent
  • Fuss free. Just apply & sleep
  • Easily absorbed
  • 1 tub can last very long.

Cons:

  • None so far.

  1. Do you use a cleanser after you wash off the sleeping mask with water?

  3. Hi Samantha, I did not wash off the sleeping mask with water at all. I will just carry out my usual cleansing routine the next morning with cleanser & my other skincare products. :)
